About St. Mary's NS Ballinagare

We are a co-educational  Primary School school situated in the village of Ballinagare in North Co. Roscommon.  Our school is a Catholic school under the patronage of the Bishop of Elphin. Our school motto is “Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí”.

Mission Statement 

We, in Ballinagare NS, aim to provide the pupils in our school with opportunities and activities most favorable to their full development as children and young adults. We strive to guide them in all aspects of the Curriculum, whilst having an appreciation of their environment, their culture, and their local history. The school is seen as a centre of Christian values, and one in which the spiritual, physical, emotional and academic needs of the child are to the fore.
